Headspace is a side-scrolling game about escaping the constant pressures of modern life. Set between a dull office space and the surreal world inside the player’s mind, the game explores stress, burnout, anxiety, and the weight of social expectations. As the player shifts between these two realities, they must navigate the demands of work, the noise of social media, and the growing pressure to keep everything together, while confronting the emotions building beneath the surface. Through this journey, Headspace reflects the struggle of feeling trapped by routine, comparison, and expectation, and the search for clarity, peace, and a way forward.
